Southern Bells Personal & Private Chef Service LLC, led by Chef Keman Bell, brings professional culinary expertise, personalized service, and genuine hospitality into the comfort of your home. Blending classic culinary techniques with creativity and quality ingredients, we create customized dining experiences inspired by each client’s tastes, occasion, and lifestyle—because every meal should be something to enjoy, remember, and share.
My passion for cooking started early, inspired by the warmth of my grandmother’s Southern kitchen and the elegance and precision of classic French cuisine. I graduated with highest honors from Middlesex County Vocational and Technical High School’s four-year Culinary Arts program, and I built my foundation through an apprenticeship at Plainfield Country Club—where I sharpened classical technique, professionalism, and discipline.
For over three decades, I’ve cooked for executives, professional athletes, families, and private clients across New Jersey and the greater tri-state area. My style blends Southern comfort, French technique, Italian tradition, and bold Latin and Asian flavors, and I customize every menu to your tastes, dietary needs, and occasion—because for me, exceptional food is more than a meal; it’s an experience.
