Cancellation Policy

WEEKLY MEAL PREP SERVICE POLICY Southern Bells Personal & Private Chef Service LLC provides convenient, chef-prepared weekly meals customized around your household’s preferences, lifestyle, dietary needs, and schedule. Booking & Payment Full payment is required online at the time of booking to reserve your meal prep service. Customized Meals Meal selections are customized based on the package and menu selected. Meals may include entrées, sides, vegetables, starches, and other agreed-upon components. Reasonable substitutions may be made when ingredients are unavailable. Food & Grocery Costs Food and grocery costs are separate from the meal prep service fee unless specifically stated otherwise. Clients are responsible for the actual cost of food and groceries purchased for their order. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions Clients must disclose all allergies, dietary restrictions, food sensitivities, and special dietary requirements before service. Southern Bells takes reasonable precautions but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Food Preparation & Packaging Meals are prepared using reasonable food-safety practices and packaged for the client's use. Proper refrigeration, freezing, reheating, and handling after delivery or completion of service are the client's responsibility. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for providing accurate information regarding meal preferences, dietary requirements, allergies, delivery or service instructions, and any other information necessary to complete the order. Cancellation Cancellations within 72 hours of booking are eligible for a 100% refund, subject to food, grocery, or other service-specific purchases already made. After 72 hours, a 40% cancellation/loss-of-business fee applies to the meal prep service fee only. The 40% fee does not apply to food or grocery costs. For same-day cancellations, the full meal prep service fee is retained. Any groceries purchased on behalf of the client will be returned to the client with applicable receipts, and any applicable unused food/grocery balance will be refunded. Changes Changes to meal selections, quantities, service dates, or other order details are subject to availability and may result in additional charges. By booking Weekly Meal Prep Service, the client agrees to this policy and Southern Bells' applicable Cancellation Policy, Refund Policy, Terms & Conditions, and Privacy Policy.
